Progressive Jackpots to Look out
for in September: RTG Casinos
When it comes to hunting down the largest online
casino progressive jackpots, let's just say it can vary.
In other words, while there are certain networks you can
essentially count on offering cumulative jackpots in the
hundreds of thousands and millions even, depending on
who you ask or what website you turn to, the "real time
feeds" of actual progressive jackpot tallies will vary.
So, who's right? Well, that's anybody's guess. The one
thing you can count on, however, are the winning
jackpots that have actually been paid out (especially if
you're on the receiving end). The big ones you can
always count on are RTG and Rival Gaming (US facing) and
Microgaming, Playtech and Cryptologic (Non US). The
network to hit big most recently was
RTG Casinos. Specifically, it was the Cleopatra's
Gold video slot that paid out $254,910 to one lucky
player near the end of August. Surprisingly enough,
Cleopatra's Gold is not one of RTG's higher paying
progressives - hardly ever growing in size to the likes
of Jackpot Pinatas (now worth $1.5 million) and Shopping
Spree/Midlife Crisis (nearing the $1 million mark).
Cleopatra's "random" jackpot, however, definitely
has proven that it can get large and will pay off to the
lucky player who bets the max bet and clicks the mouse
at the exact millisecond needed to line up all five
Cleopatra symbols. Whether or not you believe in the
theory that progressive jackpots often hit in pairs (in
short succession), or simply pay off once in a blue
moon, the fact of the matter is that RTG's progressive
jackpots are loaded right now. September will hopefully
be a good month for jackpot hunters. On another note, if
you want to know the exact jackpot figures at the
previously mentioned software networks, simply open a
free account at your favorite online casinos for each
software platform. For example, sign in to Cherry Red
Casino when you want to check the RTG tally, sign in to
Superior Casino to see the totals of Rival Gaming's
progressive network, log into All Slots when your
curious to see what's going on with Microgaming, give a
visit to Inter Casino if you want to tap into
Cryptologic's network....you get the picture.
