Okay, wait a second. No kidding, I literally have just been told that this jackpot has indeed been confirmed. It was hit at 32Red Casino, who just issued a press release with a statement from CEO Ed Ware. The player is known only as "Anne", and hit the jackpot on the max spin of £3. (Remember, to hit the max jackpot, you have to place the maximum bet amount on all of the paylines).
