If you're into online sports betting,
there is a good chance you've heard of World-Wide
Tele-Sports, otherwise known as WWTS. Not to be confused
with the World Wide Travel Service, WWTS is a popular
sportsbook for all sorts of professional sporting
events, accepting wagers via telephone, the internet and
wireless applications. WWTS is so large in fact, before
the company was acquired by Betcorp, it had paid out
more than $6 billion to winning bettors.
If you are into online casino
gambling, there is a good chance you've heard of the
English Harbour group of online casinos. Otherwise known
as EH Gaming Ventures, the English Harbour group has
gained somewhat of an association with WWTS now that
they have hired the sports betting empire's former CEO,
Simon Noble. Integral to facilitating Betcorp's
acquisition of WWTS, Noble has over a decade of
experience in the online gambling sector.
Prior to his days at WWTS, Noble
co-founded Intertops, which is considered one of the
first online gambling websites to accept a real money
wager over the internet (back in 1996). Under Noble's
leadership and guidance, Intertops expanded its 500,000+
customer base to over 200 countries.
Noble will now be serving as the
Executive Vice President of Business Development for the
EH Gaming Ventures, whose online casinos include English
Harbour Casino, Millionaire Casino, Super Slots, Silver
Dollar and Caribbean Gold Casino. This popular network
of gaming sites has achieved enormous success over the
years, and has been instrumental in expanding the
popularity of Vegas Technology software.
