If you haven’t heard already, Silver Oak Casino is making some waves with American online gamblers. For one, they do business with U.S. residents. And two, it’s fair business. In other words, since Silver Oak’s inaugural launch under new management last year, they have been doing a great job at earning reputation points with both the players and affiliate community alike.
Of course, you can’t win everyone over; Silver Oak – just like every other online casino in business today – hasn’t made everyone happy. But that’s business. And quite frankly, sometimes the player is in the wrong. Not to digress or anything, this is exactly why Online Casino Suite has a player’s forum…to help moderate disputes if they are to arise. Generally, these disputes amount to not being paid out in timely manner or some sort of casino bonus issues. But every now and again, it’s something else.
Case in point is a not-too-long-ago forum post about Silver Oak Casino. In fact, OCS first posted the thread as a way of getting some player feedback about Silver Oak Casino. We basically put up a poll and asked players to rate their experience with Silver Oak. While the poll itself still needs more votes to give it more weight, it nonetheless shows the majority of players being happy with Silver Oak.
Now, if you follow the thread further, you will see that a player decides to post about what she calls the “horrible customer service at Silver Oak”. Granted, the player incurred a little setback with some processor fees, but I would not go so far to say the service was horrible. Furthermore, the complaint had nothing to do with not getting paid…it was about getting a refund for a few dollars, which the player did receive. All the while, a representative for Silver Oak Casino, Nick, has been keeping a presence on the forum and addressing player issues….and doing a fine job at it, I must say.
The only reason I bring this up is because OCS has recently moved Silver Oak to the #3 spot on our reviews chart, and as always, we want to be as transparent and open about every casino that gets a recommendation from OCS. In other words, we always want players to see the entire picture. Regarding Silver Oak, we strongly believe that the entire picture is an overall positive one. What do you think? We would love to hear about your firsthand experiences at Silver Oak Casino. Please take our short poll and read the previously mentioned forum thread.

Would not recommend Silver Oaks to anyone. My wife opened an account there recently, and as she was speaking to customer service they kept interrupting her wanting to know how she was going to deposit. They are extremely rude and very unhelpful. We made one deposit and told them where to stick the account at.
You guys must be kidding. You’re clearly unaware or don’t care that Silver Oak is now owned by Tej Kohli, the convicted fraudster who owns the Virtual Casino group (which you have on your own blacklist). In fact even more laughable is that you have the Ace Revenue Group on your own blacklist yet you have Silver Oak, a member of that group, as #3 recommendation. The money must be good eh?
Thanks for sharing your opinion, Steve. Ace Revenue shouldn’t be on our blacklist any more…that was outdated. They were originally put on the blacklist for being rebranded Crystal Palace group sites, which were notorious indeed.
Ace Revenue has gone under new management/ownership since the passing of Warren Cloud. That, coupled with no outstanding player complaints or current issues was the reason for giving them the green light.
If you don’t mind, where did you get the information about Tej Kohli owning Ace Revenue and can you factually validate this?
[UPDATE] …Steve, you there?
This is the worst rip off casino, I had won over 5000.00 and they told me I played the wrong games and would not allow me to cash any of the money out. Ok so I thought maybe I did not read the fine print , returned to the casino and this time I was very careful with what I played and I was offered a Bonus offer of 200% with a chip rewarded at the end of the month with additional bonus on it. So I took the bonus well here it is the end of the month and the chip should be $300 but because i played other free chips that they sent to me via email they will not honor this bonus chip unless I deposit again. Think not screw me once shame on me screw me twice shame on you screw me three times you arent going to get the chance. I have removed the casino and blocked all emails they are nothing more than a rip off!!!!
Hi Sharlotte,
Sorry to hear. Not to slight your frustration whatsoever, I wouldn’t go so far to say that Silver Oak is a “ripoff”. Sounds like there was some bonus term hangups. Anyhow, can you send an email to complaints[at]onlinecasinosuite.com (replace [at] with @) with your username.
We will contact Silver Oak and see if we can find some resolution in what sounds like a misunderstanding…and ultimately try to get you paid without making another deposit. Thanks.
