So I guess it's nigh time to talk some more about online
bingo. I mean, not that I really want to (what can I
say...I'm on a Blackjack kick right now), but let's face it
- bingo is one of the most popular online gaming activities
right now. It's my solemn duty as an online gambling blogger
to give bingo its due. And besides, I won't deny that I like
to pay a visit to Desperate Housewives Bingo room every now
and then and take a peek at their scandalous chat rooms!
All jokes aside (c'mon...do you think I could even pass
for scandalous...ooooweeee honey, it's gettin' hot in
here!), I wanted to bring your attention to the Online Bingo
Summit. Sounds fun don't it? And while you won't catch me
partying there (okay, maybe at the after-party's with bingo
card in hand), the Online Bingo Summit is important for a
number of reasons - the first and foremost being that it
serves as a place for the movers and the shakers of the
online bingo industry to talk about how they are going to
keep the industry alive.
It's not something your average online bingo player will
want to attend. However, if you happen to be an affiliate of
an online bingo room or run a website with bingo related
material (what's related to bingo without being bingo?),
ummmm, well then, you may just want to get your hot patooty
over to the third annual Online Bingo Summit being held at
the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in Kensington, London UK
from June 16-17, 2009.
If anything, you will get to meet some new people and
party it up with some bingo fanatics. Or not. Truthfully,
you're probably better making yourself three rounds of
martinis and logging into your bingo account. Ha! You know
what I'm saying. Get your bingo on and let the industry
people do their thing. Trust me - it's not that fun - but
it's necessary...and the 2009 Online Bingo Summit is a great
testament to the healthy state of online bingo and its
future to come.
